what line of work are you looking for
there are specialised sites for most work channels that narrow the search

eg if you are looking at retail
www.canadianretail.com

or if you want franchise area work try the Canadian franchise association site

Leatherdoll thats an awesome site Charity Village especially if you interest of work is in the non profit sector. The other sites mentioned are good ones as well. I used to work at a YMCA employment centre and there is tons of sites out there for all types of work!
