They will allow it if it looks like it is for personal consumption, people have told me they have brought back 3 gallons ( 12 liters ) but I would not try it.]

3 gals of milk . Never been a problem for me and at least 4 or 5 quarts of cream , half and half .

I did not get the cheap version of the Big Green Egg at Lowes Hardware, I was too early. The no name cheap version is $299 vs. $900 for the Big Green Egg.

How many years would I spend in prison if I got caught bringing back

Never mind the prison sentence . One thing for sure , you'd be denied entrance to many countries including the U.S. once you got out .

.......and if you go to prison, free meals and lodging. I saw on W5 that these days when you get your tray and pick up your prison meals in line you pass the table to get your plastic fork and condiments. On the same table there is a container of condoms for the convenience of the prisoners. So you get free sex too.
