..... and there are some Evangelicals Christians out there that my sprinkler system is programed to keep away from my front porch. It works, try it. I don't want to get into the minutia of the Christianity timeline, whether it's continuos or not, but it's been around in one form or another for a long long time. As to whether or not one faction in the Christian fabric thinks well of another, that will give me migraine faster than most things.

I found it amusing watching Survivor one night recently to see during one of the challenges members of one tribe join hands in prayer asking for divine intervention on their behalf, and as the camera switched to the other tribe to show that they were as well grouped in prayer. It would seem that He wasn't listening to me as the meteor did not make an appearance.
There is significant doubt in my mind as to whether that is an acurate statement of belief. However, regardless of whether this is or is not so, the fact still remains that this is a distinct minority of Protestant Christians.
Not so.
All one has to do is study the history of England from Henry VIII on to see the many religious battles waged between the Church and those protesting Protestants in just England alone....
There is a significant difference between saying that two denominations have a significant difference of belief and doctrine and denying that the other denomination is not Christian.
Tell that to the Church who for years taught ALL Protestants are going straight to hell when they die unless they recant and rejoin the Church because they are not real Christians....
