STD testing stuff aside, I haven't been to my family doctor in almost a decade as I've felt fine... Just found out that I'm walking around with super-high blood pressure (hypertension). Who knows how long that's been going on and how much damage it has caused? I'm relatively active, eat alright, drink beer (my only vice besides SPs) but do not smoke.
