So far I have found and am in touch with five providers who would do this varying from bbbj to cbj and you can see the action through one way glass. There are some surprisingly fine women who would be into this because the taboo nature of it( you see the provider ) from waist up. No bait and switch either. Going rate would be 60$. What you think? I'm working out financials. And no I haven't abandoned this thread.
way more than I would pay even if I were into it.

I appreciate the linear thinking here..

But I still think I have a case. What if Scarlett Johannson said she'd suck the dick of a guy who spent the most time doing charity work... I'm sure you wouldn't argue that she'd be convicted of prostitution then..

So what does it matter if instead of the work it's money.. She's not getting any of it, it's not even passing through her. She's just saying she'll sexually reward somebody for giving to charity. I don't think that's prostitution.
I'm not a criminal attorney so I don't know the actual charge but it would be along the lines of solicitation. Also, it would be an unforceable contract (because the underlying subject matter [sex for charity work] is illegal) so why would anybody even try to "win" this contest?
Cut through all the bullshit and it's sex for something (money, commodity, a service) and that's illegal (i.e. prostitution).
No jury in their right mind would render a not guilty verdict for a prostitution charge if the defendant claims that he only paid for her [prostitute] time. Just use a "reasonable" man standard and think about it - ultimately, what did the man get for his money/effort?
BTW, if you pay a pimp (a third party) instead of the prostitute (and she doesn't get a single penny) do you think then that's not prostitution?

I was sure rld was an insurance salesman, trying to scare escorts into getting policies.
Nope, but I tell you, I think insurance would be a no-brainer for an SP, if she could get someone to write it. Should be a no brainer for anyone who is fiscally responsible and self-employed.

And it is required for all peeler bars.

That is probably prostitution, unless she was a registered non-profit or charity, but when you think about this issue you have to remember that in Canada, prostitution, per se, is not illegal.

With all due respect, it's not her that's the charity. She's just trying to get people to donate to that charity.

Let's say Scarlett Johannson went on David Letterman one night and said she thinks men that donate to charities are sexy. There's nothing illegal about that.

Let's say Scarlett Johannson went on David Letterman one night and said that men who donate to a specific charity are sexy. There's nothing illegal about that.

It would also be totally legal if she said that men who donate to specific charity make her horny (she'd sound like a moron, but it would be legal).

Now, my idea would be for her to say that it made her so horny she couldn't help but suck the dick of a guy who donated the most to a specific charity. She could then mention that the charity in question regularly updates her on the top donations, and that she figures she'll only be able to hold out until the end of the month.

This would never happen.. But I think it would be legal, and a great way to end cancer.

The answer would depend on what state the viewer was in. I suspect that there are many different definitions of prostitution across the US.

Call us when she is starting this program.

I think its a sickkkk idea as in big moneymaker and could charge as a premium fetish service. All the women who would work there would know what its all about obviously and believe me there are quite a few ladies who definitely would work for something like this: and why not? Its different, its unique, and you know what happens to things that are different and unique in the sex industry.
You know a lot of women that would definitely work for something like this? My personal feeling is that it would be extremely difficult to recruit women for something like this. After blowing a few dicks, each girl will start to get sick (and I don't mean "sickkkk"), they'll begin coughing and hoarking and then all of a sudden you'll have an absentee problem starting from the second day of your business. After that, the women will begin demanding that all customers wear condoms, and your customers will then start complaining about having to wear condoms, and stop showing up. They'll go to their old standby SP who they know will give them bbbj, and only sees a couple of guys in a day with lots of time in between to wash their mouths with Listerine or whatever.

Hey guys,

How would you feel about visiting an establishment built on the idea of gloryhole-service?

Just where you think I mean you don't see who's on the other side, no.

Imagine you walk into a booth with a hole, but there is a glass from about the middle way up so you can see the provider on the other side.

Maybe some rooms, you have one way glass so only the client can see who is on the other side.

Imagine you can get a nice BBBJCIM from a hot looking provider on the other side, just slide your money over through the hole and then watch the action from your side comfortably.

I know this will appeal to a niche, but is it a profitable enough niche to make this idea viable as an actual establishment based on Gloryhole service?

Just thinking outside the box, the sex industry just seems boring to me and there's not enough 'new' stuff out there.

You guys think it's a good idea or no?
I think it's a good idea but how are you going to make it happen?

I'm 100% sure this is illegal (solicitation) in the US. She's EXPLICITLY selling sexual services for donations. In the other scenarios that you mention, there is no mention of sexual services -- just an implication she "likes" individuals who donate money to charities.
I'm 99% sure this would be illegal in Canada (again solicitation) but I'm familiar with Canadian law.

BTW I don't think this "glory hole" idea is ever going to happen.
