Biden did not direct his DOJ. Biden did not direct Letitia, it was the state. Biden did not direct E. Carol it was Civil. Imagine if Bondi were going to investigate Don Jr. . this alone should tell you Biden did not interfere with his DOJ. Try again.

You have no way of knowing for sure if Biden was involved or not.

Regardless, it was still lawfare by the State.
And I don't recall you complaining about it when they came after Trump.
But now that the shoe is on the other foot you don't seem to like it

I wasn't complaining because Trump is a felon, a con artist, and a grifter. He deserved to be charged for his role on Jan 6th....He deserved to be charged with "rape" in a civil court. The HUSH payment, ahhhh, I don't think the state should have gone with that one. Damn right he should have been charged and convicted for falsifying business records in the first degree by 12 jurors. I didn't see Biden on the jury, did you? Again, none were pushed by Biden. If Biden were an authoritarian like Trump, no way Hunter Biden would have been charged with anything.
