End of the era. The last of the fearless comedians gone. Hope you won't get delayed at the Empire State building on the way to the pearly gates pal!

Did Gilbert ever find out whether Arsenio Hall ever have sex with Paula Abdul?

He was "piss your pants funny". If someone like Chris Rock could get a slap in the face, I'm surprised Gottfried didn't get much worse. He will be missed.

According to the news report Gilbert Gottfried lived with Muscular Dystrophy for many years until his heart degenerated to the point of cardiac arrest.

Still crying and laughing.

I guess he will never finish the audiobook version of 50 shades of gray. Pity. If I ever won the big lotto, it's number 1 on things to do.
I guess Bernie Sanders is still avalable or perhaps William Shatner, but not as good.

Guy was just annoying to me. Nevertheless 67 is too young to go. RIP.

You're certainly entitled to your opinion. OTOH, he was the epitome of a comedian's comedian. Just about everyone in the industry considered him off the charts funny.

What's the point of saying that? I don't get why some terb member or other often feels the need to post a negative comment when a popular entertainer dies...
It's just like, his opinion man. Nothing wrong with expressing it. I love the dude but being annoying much like with Bobcat was kinda his thing, it's not for everyone, just for the cool kids... and my mom says I'm cool.

I don't mind people expressing negative opinions about generally popular public figures when they're alive, and also even after a reasonable amount of time passes after their death, but not immediately following their death. Kinda feels like they're pissing on the deceased's fresh grave. But, as you say, that's just my opinion...

Ron Bennington is crushed by the news of Gilbert's passing, the news hadn't come out when Jim and Sam were on the air. Ron quoted Gilbert's last Tweet:

Which is worse, Chris Rock getting slapped or Chris Rock telling a joke?
