They consider a post such as "I am a Confederate American?" or even more so "Obama's approval numbers are so low, Kenyans are accusing him of being born in the United States" to be racist?name one...please

My employees don't represent my views, nor do I take credit for their views. If they're good workers, I couldn't care less what they do in their personal lives. It really pisses me off when, say Walmart, has to apologize for something stupid one of it's many, many employees posted on their facebook page that people took issue with. Does that really make sense to anyone?

What I did write is that I saw non-racist images and statements lumped in with racist images and statements as if they were all equally offensive.
To the point at hand, the image "I am a Confederate American?" or even more so "Obama's approval numbers are so low, Kenyans are accusing him of being born in the United States" do not have racist comments with them and are to my mind not racist.
When both those responsible for the website and seemingly you mix non-racist and racist statements and images together and describe them as all being racist, this serves to trivialize racism, which is unfortunate.
Your problem is pointing out racism by white people, all the while remaining silent on racism by black people.lol..yeah , the one pointing out the blatant racism out there is the problem..not the raicsm apologists lke your self...keep digging
Its a 2-way street. If we're ever gonna solve the problem both sides need to stop acting like racists
and its not helping when you blame just the black community on black crime...lots of factors play in to the racial tension in the states.. namely state public education funds being slashed to death, an increasingly militarized police (eventhough crime is going down, every year), unfair drug laws, white flight ( when caucassians flee certain areas due to african americans moving in) , gerrymandered districts... etc etc etcYour problem is pointing out racism by white people, all the while remaining silent on racism by black people.
