It happens to all of us at some point in our SP career. I've had someone walk out at the door because my hair wasn't the exact same as on my photos...it was tied up instead of down...
Another time, someone thought I was lying about being Indian...

I think the following could also impact the client's decision:
- smell in room
- messy bed
- dirty tub
- you're too good to be true.

I have been very fortunate to not feel like I should back out...however, I often - particularly when I was primarily visiting the late Naughty Nuru - have that moment upon greeting where I'd freeze as my brain tried to connect that lady in front of me with the pics of the lady from the web site...but within 3-4 seconds my smaller brain would shout at my larger brain "Hey idiot boy! That woman in front of you is drop dead gorgeous!! Fuck the pictures - get on with it man!"

I think the first time I walked out was when the door opened and I recognized the SP was the same one I saw earlier in the year, who was horribly mechanical and just terrible really. She had changed her name and number (no kidding). I immediately said, "Oh no!", turned around and felt totally good about it.

Since then:

- place was messy or dirty
