EDITED: I was wrong, the prices for gas on the weekend are going for $2.19 a litre in Toronto.
Have a fun ride in your SUV's and enjoy!!
Did you guys know gas prices are at this moment (Wednesday, 10:30pm, Sept-21) a whopping $1.75 and $1.80 in Chatham, Windsor and Essex, Ontario? Some companies were filling-up their fleets in panic this afternoon southwest of Toronto, there were LONG lines at the pumps. Toronto will have these prices by tomorrow night, possibly up to $1.93 a litre on the weekend when hurricane Rita bashes the oil rigs in the Gulf Coast.
It's going to be $1.93 a litre in Toronto on the weekend, that means that my neighbor's Chevy pick-up truck which takes 127 litres to fill will cost..... a whopping $247.06 to fill..... he can go 3 times back and forth from Toronto to Mississauga and will need another $247.06 fill-up...
that's great! That's what we get for being little pussies who never boycott the blood-sucking oil companies.
