With the recent passing of Ralph Wilson, what will become of the Bills? The estate will sell them within 2 years. Will they be moved out of western New York or will they stay? If moved will the new owners move them to Los Angles, Toronto or another city(?)?

Tim Leiweke may have a big say in where the Bills land.

Hmmmm ... Toronto Bills. Bills in Toronto permanently.
They can play preseason games in Buffalo, kind of like preseason baseball, season starts the team comes north.

Nobody here really knows anything, therefore I think the results are meaningless. Even our opinion/guess means nothing as there will be no correlation between it and the final outcome. People's responses to an election poll are relevant as it is asking some of the same people who will actually be voting and determining the outcome. It may be a predictor.

A discussion of this topic will most likely bring up some interesting points/perspectives, but the actual result of the poll is useless.

Not picking on you in particular WEM as there lots and lots of these same type on polls on TERB. I've been meaning to say something for some time and it just happened to be now.

So asking the interesting questions as you did in your post is great to stimulate a discussion but the poll itself, not so useful.

Geez Shack ... I think you just described TERB.
Sounds exactly like what we do.

Moving the team ...within the first 12 years of the new lease they have on Ralph wilson stadium would be cost prohibitive..its a $400 million dollar penalty....so thats some serious scratch to just break a lease...after the 12 years its like 10% of that.
Jim kelly had an investor group all lined up to take a run at them...but might have to put a hold on it for a while due to his health...
possible suitor cities...LA ,T/O a second team in Chicago..ala..chisox/cubs..
best bet...they Stay in Buffalo for atleast 15 yrs.. then go to Europe

There's no way in hell they would be moving to Toronto. Many NFL owners are against that. I see Los Angeles or Las Vegas as the most likely destinations.

RIP Ralph. A good man.

I think Vegas is a long shot....
Not enough big players in Vegas to sustain it...unless the big hotels start offering tickets to games to entice gamblers to travel to their city, I cant see it sustaining a fan/season ticket base....Although I would consider a trip to vegas if I got compt tickets to see my Steelers..LOL
Plus you need a stadium built...so there is atleast 500-700million cus you know vegas will want it big and Glitzy...ala jerrys house.
Would the NFL help in buying out the lease penalty if someone was willing to move the team to LA? within 5 years..???? who knows.
for now they are stuck in Fire city

Actually, the lease cannot be broken. Wilson set it up that way deliberately. Team cannot be moved, regardless of ownership for at least another seven years...http://www.torontosun.com/2014/03/26/bills-to-stay-in-buffalo-until-at-least-2020

Toronto doesn't have an NFL stadium to hold 70,000 people and there's no way taxpayers will pay for another barely used white elephant like SkyDome.
