Fun thread - how do you maintain your TDL?

This has been on my mind and happy to offload it here.

So, how do you keep/ manage your to-do-list (TDL) for hobbying assuming you have an SO that must not see it (as it may land you in troubled waters) eg.

- Do you have a well-organized list in order of priority which is updated with new additions / re-prioritizing/ drop out/ replacement/ substitution, etc when needed (eg. on reading a review, visiting an SP, etc)?

- Is it on a notepad in your phone/ tablet/ laptop?
- Is it buried in your device protected with a password?
- Or on a post-it pasted on a board/ wall?
- Or is it a just mental list that helps you determine who to book while looking the newly-released agency/ Indy schedules, etc.

So many variations here..lol.

For me, as a light hobbyist, it is the last - just a mental list but I can bet there will a wide spectrum of ways we manage our TDLs depend8ng on a variety of factors. Let’s go.....

It’s just a mental list. And while it has an order of importance, that gets thrown out the window based on who’s available when I am.

Password protected spreadsheet on my laptop. I keep current week schedule for my hobbying, current weekly agency and spa schedules of my TDL ladies, and names of ladies I have seen, by agency and spa, with whom I don't want to re-book (to prevent silly mistakes)...

When I get the itch(pre covid) I call, see who is available and if it looks good so am I. If not head home and I don't worry about it.

Occasionalky on vacation forays to Montreal and Niagara a bit of research is done as I know I will indulging but if things don't line up oh well.....

I have a fake app on my phone that gives me an internet browser, notepad feature, and more.
I just maintain a list of the MPA's I've been with, as well as ladies that I either want to meet in the lineup one day, or want to book when scheduling is right.
As I meet ladies in lineups or read reviews, I make adjustments to my TDL.

I use Tiddlywiki. It's a wiki that lives on your computer as an html file. I do it because I'm a nerd and I get off on organizing information
It's pretty nice, you can fill it with all kinds of notes/links, it's searchable and you can password protect it. There's a bit of a learning curve but that's the fun part for me.

I've been eying Tiddlywiki for a while. I like that it's not online but controlled on your own machine.
