Full Service at MP are things like Shower, fresh towels, dedicated receptionist, bottled water, in room music ... What goes on in the rooms stay in the rooms. Some of the self-serve MP's offer FS.

I'm sorry Ms. Jessica I have to disagree.
The last time I was in a MP I was asked if I wanted FS which consisted of a nice light lunch and an ice cold glass of water. It was very nice. Dessert was the usual and all with in MPA limits of course.
I was looking at the TTC schedule a few years ago and saw "FS" and got all excited. Turns out that "FS" meant "frequent stops.
There are some gas stations which offer full service too. You can get 'pumped.' These days it might be cheaper to visit an MP, though.
It's only hand jobs on the subway, too. Haven't you seen the sign with the right hand that says "Your Safety Partner"?
It's out there and I'm not sure why some people think the police don't already know what goes on and where. I've found myself a hot keeper who does it for me for with no expectation of a tip beyond what I feel like giving on any given day. I always go to the FS ( full service ) line at both MP's and gas stations. At the MP self-serve seems such a waste.
