I have SO SO SO MUCH STUFF left after my move. I wanted to have a garage sale but can't be bothered as I also work (legit) 40-60 hrs a week. I had heard that there are places you can call to donate your stuff and they come pick it up......ANYONE KNOW ANY???? the situation is getting dire. I have 2 garbage bags of clothes, another 1,2 of sheets and beedding, and about 7 boxes of stuff as well as a desk. I was told the diabetes society did this but am not sure. I KNOW one of you have had to deal with this. THANKS SO MUCH YOU GUYS!!!

2. Register to join.
3. Send an email

subject: "OFFER: Various Items leftover from garage sale"
List the items in the body of the email. You will get lots of individuals coming to pick items up in no time.

I've been donating to the Diabetes Society for years. I call them...leave it outside clearly marked and they pick up.
In my situation it's a home...but with apartments...
So I leave it at the side door...and they pick it up everytime.
Not hard to get in touch with...and the response is usually in a few days.

Surprising as they call every month, try back until they get a response. Not offensive just persistent volunteers.
These days necessary as so many fake charity, resell clothes to 3rd world for profit.

You can sell or give it away on http://toronto.craigslist.org but if you might not want to bother with the hassles of them coming to your door.
