For some of them you need a VPN. Like HBO for instance. Thanks for the link.

Here is a link where you can watch a ton of stuff for free streaming, fox, cnn, hbo, etc etc, your welcome. You may need a vpn, but i do not think so, it will tell you.

This is great! Thanks a lot.

That Fox News Live link looks identical to an app I put on a Firestick about 3 years ago called 'Bookmarks 1'. Same interface with channels listed alphabetically and all. Only back then all the channel links opened and their was no need for VPN to open some links like now. Now Bookmarks 1 still works on Firestick but you get the same warning a VPN is necessary to open some of the channels.

How expensive is it NOT to get Fox News?
Its asshole comments like this that made me reluctant to post this. You try to do some people a favor and shit heads like you ruin it for others. No one said you had to watch Fox News Asshole! Take CNN off the list too? Anyway, sorry to you normal people no more favors from me. Too bad, as I have excellent tip that removes ads on Youtube.

I think the guy just made a joke. I though it was funny.

I used recently hydogen. Installed via firestick. Worked ok but there was delay for about 90 seconds between live TV and that. Also some channels froze for a while.

For Movies and TV shows, I use Movie HD. Works great.

For free streaming, consider tubi.tv

It's supported by ads (fewer than what you'd find on cable tv, though they repeat quite often), and they have a fairly broad catalog which changes often enough

Intrigued by this and thanks for the contribution. I'd heard about bflix.to (apologies if it is spelled incorrectly). I'd also been told by a tech person I highly respect that the definite way to go was NVIDIA Shield TV Pro if I was prepared to spend the money. I use a VPN for my travels and am hoping to find something that gets Premier and Champions League along with F1. Disney would be a plus.

I am looking for a new tv. My 32 year old Mitsubishi was rained on by the air conditioner in the unit above. Still works but colours are way off.
Would like a user friendly tv where these channels can be easily accessed through the Wi-fi to my remote to compliment my cable package channels. Thinking about a 1 year old refurbished LG OLED from KJ Distribution. Any advice would be appreciated.

I really like a TV I bought that has Roku built in. Easy interface and what I love most about it is that your Smart Phone Remote App allows you to plug in your earphones and hear the audio really well.

I forget what brand it is but it was from Costco. I have heard that Costco is the best place to buy a TV due to their low-cost extended warranty and no-questions asked service.

There are many good free steaming sites I put on a Firetvstick 4K that all run well:
Tubi, Pluto, IMDB tv, YouTube, xumo, PLEX, AiryTV.
This added hundreds of sources for live TV, old and new TV shows and hundreds of movies. Many run commercial free. Others as they become more popular are adding annoying commercials just like regular cable and OTA channels.

YouTube is one example of this. At first there were few commercials but now YT seems to have the most annoying commercials of them all !
Wish there were some popup blockers that would stop them !

Hungry I have an ad blocker on my browsers and they work fine blocking ads on YT.
The problem is finding a way to block YT ads on Smart TVs running Firetvstick 4K. Seems it hard to find a good ad blocker for them. Did get one called Blokada but it doesn't block much at all when it was installed on my old Firestick. Tried to install Blokada on my new Firetvstick 4K but Downloader on the Smart TV says that APK site no longer exists.

Smart move to buy a TV with ROKU built into it.

There is a TON of free content within the Roku universe. The Roku channel alone has a full menu of categories.
Then check out all the other free music and movie apps.

On top of that, I have IPTV and that brings with it about 10,000 channels.

You could also buy a ROKU Stick for less than $100. The advantage of it is when you travel it is easy to take it with You and plug it into any TV on your travels.
Yes ROKU keeps on increasing the amount of free streaming channels and apps. However, that IPTV is perfect for all those 10,000 channels, plus latest movies, TV Series and even Porn movies. So the ROKU to me is perfect if you subscribe to an App like DAZN. Had it's issues to start with, that were finally resolved.

I have both ROKU and Firetvsticks. Got them for 25 bucks around Black Friday sales a couple years ago.
Found ROKU too
proprietary and severely limits what you can add to it.
While all Firetvsticks, once
jail-broken can have anything you desire installed on it, even Kodi that runs pretty well.
Just got Firetvstick 4K with Alexa for 25 bucks on Black Friday and it's GREAT! You just talk to it telling you want you want and it responds very well. No need to use that awkward PIA search function with the remote anymore.

I have had Kodi for a quite a few years and have constantly kept upgrading the Linux Software. It used to be a superb App, however, for the past year the majority of the links on different platforms do not even work. Switching to a subscription IPTV using a BuzzTV Box has meant that the Kodi is now defunct. Have even cut the cord on Rogers TV. Guess that once the Roku Stick gets burnt out, then I will look at replacing it with The Firestick. However, it is possible to use a Voice Command on Roku and it works. Not sure if the Voice command is Alexa.

Kodi with the Xanax build, auto updates and still works pretty good on my PC. Watched the latest 007 Bond flick last month a couple weeks after it was released with no problems. Kodi does require frequent updates and tweaks that put off many.

What really hurts Kodi is Real-Debrid within the Kodi addons. You have to pay for Real-Debrid and that is why so many searches in regular Kodi come up empty now for links when in the past you got many many links to pick from.
