The phone number is legit 613 for Ottawa which will encourage many to engage with her.

Only contact info is her phone number and it's only in the text body. If you search that phone number it comes up with no links to her anywhere else.
If you google the image you will see it's Kimberlee Jay who has photos and videos plastered around the internet.

The biggest reason that this ad has always looked fake to me is just how high-quality and professional those photos are. Those aren't the sort of photos you get when a local lady takes some selfies in a mirror. To quote Rick from Pawn Stars - "If it looks like it's too good to be true, then it probably is."
