REASONS:
Warrior's high price tag (according to Lance Storm) and his terrible relationship with the WWF/WWE due to the steriod case in the 90's.
Bret's condition (stroke) is not suitable for a comeback unless it's arm wrestling.
Vince is capable of anything he wants to do, bottom line.
