Almost zilch. HIV must essentially pass blood to blood, or semen to blood. If you had an open wound on your dick, and she had an open wound in her mouth, you have good reason to be concerned. HIV does not survive well in saliva and the odds of it actually transferring is very small.dsc said:

This entire thread is alarming to me on many levels. Generally, when we read of an infected SP, it's in the abstract... a SW in Toronto for example.
