I tried to start a thread on the future of Europe but it died due to lack of interest. I think that EuroLand can teach us a lot of life lessons. One is that one cannot feast on free lunches forever. I think the PIGS are just the tip of the iceberg. The Euro will be history in 10 years, maybe sooner. The only country pulling its weight is Germany and they won't tolerate that forever. Also, NATO will soon be history too because only the English speaking countries are pulling their weight.
