I agree, of the big chains McDonald has the best ones. They also have very good coffee.

McD has the worst fries, burgers, and even coffee is pretty low when compared to other chains
It baffles me how people can claim they are good with a straight face....

McDonalds fries when they're hot and nicely salted...amazing. When they cool down...not so much.

Although if you order them without salt they always make you a new batch so at least fresh that way

5 guys...pretty much the same as New York Fries...I like those fries from food trucks outside CTIRe...

I remember back when I was in university, we used to have a truck that sold burgers, hot dogs, fries, etc. The dude who owned it was this old, perpetually pissed off Cuban guy we used to call Tony Montana. The fries were good, though, and you’d get a huge box of them for 3.00.

Most amazing fries. But you have to make sure they've been boiled before being fried. I've been disappointed when I've gotten fries in a SC thats linked to Harvey's where they use frozen fries.

Yep, they are similar to Church's: thick crinkle cut style. Crispy on the outside, fluffy inside.
