I use to go fishing at the pourvoiries ( outfitters ) in Quebec. These are outfitters than can supply you with a boat and electric motor and cabin for the night. Meals are available too, but I prefer to make my own. You have to supply your own rods, tackle and bait. Many a time I took my full limit of speckled trout. They also have hunting packages.
