First Timer- Contacting Agencies

Hello, I am new and have never used an agency. I tried calling DD and Mirage yesterday but never connected. Am I doing something wrong? Is there a certain way to contact agencies in Niagara ?

Just think of calling an agency like contacting someone you want a first date with them. Sometimes you have to call back. BTW, DD & Mirage are not in Niagara but based in TO area.

Try texting. When I used the agencies here, I’d send them a txt and they promptly replied back.
