First Major Problem with the iPhone 6

Both bmw and Apple products are made of cheapest materials yet brand image alone give you perception of quality.
Never use Apple as as your source of information - they have proven with their iPhone 4 reception problems that they are unwilling to show any weakness in the flawless image that they are trying to spoon feed their customers. iPhone 4 had serious reception problems which were first under played, then attempted to cover up with software 'bar' changes and only after a law suit was launched issued 25 million cases to try to fix the 'death grip'.
Do you really think Youtube videos and all this publicity is the result of only 6 cases being bent ???????
BTW: My Asus problem was treated the same way by Asus. The bulletin boards were buzzing with people all reporting from Asus that they never heard of the problem. Later they acknowledged the problem and issued the antenna boosters.
I wish it was this easy. But 10 millions of these shiny garbage has been sold. Most apple buyers don't buy iPhone for its functionality. They use it as status symbol to fit in rich crowd.
They tested several phones and the HTC ONE (M8) and the iPhone 6 required the least amount of force at 70 lbs. to deform them. Although I don't believe it's as big a deal as first reported, it's not inconceivable that a 200+ lb. person sitting on a hard surface could generate enough force to bend an iPhone 6 or HTC in their back pocket.

Consumer Reports reported similar findings but different order. Either way, I never understood people who treat their $800 thin slab of glass and computer chips poorly.
Bmw interior may be cheaper than Aston Martin or Royce but it's way richer than any American or Japanese car. Same with apple. It's just nice to touch. All experts seem to be in agreement about it.
Curved gorrilla glass and aluminum unibody with seamless design hardly seems like low end materials or design.
You got to be shitting me ... I thought Apple fans would look pretty silly if they posted this silly Apple fan prank dishing the poor Apple users who paid out money only to have there investment bend. Typical for Apple fans (as they had for other proven defects) - piss on the poor suffering Apple owners who dare complain instead of suffering in silence.

There are many, many different pictures of bent iPhone 6 on the internet all in the same location - a weak spot around the volume controls. To suggest that Android/Blackberry/ Window users would buy an iPhone 6 and bend it to contribute to some Apple conspiracy is unbelievable with the hardest of drugs.
I think it is a non-issue for me because I use a case but hopefully this idiotic trend for super thin smartphones from all the companies will take a back seat to durability.

I don't think it's a conspiracy, I simply thing that anti-apple trolls (many well represented on this thread) are easy click-bait targets for Apple "issues", real and imagined.
After selling 10M phones on a weekend (you don't hear that very often) they had 9 cases of bent phones.....
