I have been seeing a lot more talk of Findom from SWers on Twitter recently. I take it as a massive red flag and unfollow/remove from lists any girls I see endorsing the practice.

it kind of makes me think about not seeing SWers at all, but even worse, it makes me want to not empathize with them.

i feel awful for SWers when I see them post about slow times, no shows and cancellations; but when I then see those exact same SWers talking about Findom then I just think “Good. I hope you get more no shows”.

it is unethical and only provides a strong argument for anti SW advocates. I think SWers who might just think they’re having a bit of fun with the concept really ought to think again about how the practice represents their industry.

At one point and even still, people thought men going to escorts was/is a mental illness too.

For the OP, this article explains it as it is, not as the “mental illness” Redbag is trying to portray it as.

Personally, I can’t do it. I can’t just take money from people.

I would liken it to mental illness akin to gambling addiction.

Like if the pit boss in the casino continually egged bettors on; it wouldn’t make it okay just because the marks really love gambling.
