Beat me to it.
Probably the album I have listened to the most in my life.
Damn right!!! Totally kickass album that opens with a bitchin rock anthem...at least I think it should be considered a rock anthem right along side No Sleep Till B and Fight For Your Right.

Funny, the album is so known for that song, and it's the only song on the album I don't like.Fight For Your Right.
I definitely don't see it as one of the best of the album, but there's no denying it is considered a rock anthem.Funny, the album is so known for that song, and it's the only song on the album I don't like.
regarding your earlier post.............you know from Dyke& the Blazers, wow....that's So Sharp of you lolGreat choice re: Mahavishnu Orchestra. Saw them live in Montreal at Place Des Arts back in the day. Astounding musicianship!
Have to add:
Herbie Mann - Memphis Underground (with Larry Coryell & Sonny Sharrock on guitars)
Yes, the ladies are certainly "sharper than me" lol!regarding your earlier post.............you know from Dyke& the Blazers, wow....that's So Sharp of you lol
Yup. Great blend of hip hop and classic rock samples. Rick Rubin, the producer, was genius.Damn right!!! Totally kickass album that opens with a bitchin rock anthem...at least I think it should be considered a rock anthem right along side No Sleep Till B and Fight For Your Right.
I don't mind Fight For Your Right but it's one of my least favorite songs on the album, along with Girls. Fav songs 1) New Style, 2) Paul Revere, 3) She's Crafty, 4) Slow Ride & 5) Time To Get Ill.Funny, the album is so known for that song, and it's the only song on the album I don't like.
