Favorite US and Canadian City

LA is a crazy difficult and not very good looking city. Not as many hotties as you would expect, T.O. is better. Some of the most uninteresting architecture, think miles and miles of mississauga/scarboruough with mangy palm trees, and strange pockets of unexpected niceness. Everything is way too far away, and the traffic...earthquakes...OJ.....it goes on and on...

I have been to LA many times and I agree with blackdog in that the traffic is horrific - I spent 3 hours on a 8 line highway, bumper to bumper going from the airport to the city. Beverly Hills and other areas are gorgeous but all in all it is not one of my favorite cities. I still vote for San Diego as California's best city with San Fran a close second.

Ok, yeah, San Francisco is an enchanted place. I can't believe it didn't come to me sooner. Great views, both geographic and female. Great people, good food, nice vibes even if like me you hate the Greatfull dead and fish. Is a strange and wonderfull place. Like a nicer Toronto without winter.

San Francisco for natural scenic beauty and Montreal for the Quebecoise mystique in their women. Guess how many times the good doc lost his soul in both places??? *Wink, wink* LOL!!!

Manhattan is but part of a city and not a city by itself though I'm sure when people talk about NYC, that is all they are thinking of.
