Walking Dead is an amazing show, especially the first few seasons. Very entertaining.
The premise of the Walking Dead is amazing (which is why there are so many takes on the theme), but I don't particularly think it's a well-written show. Seasons 1 - 4 were well-written, then it fell off a cliff IMO.
I stopped watching at the mid-point of season 8. Tried to re-watch the entire thing again and enjoyed those first four seasons on second viewing as well, but only made it to season 6.

My top pick is likely still Breaking Bad, as vanilla as that pick is. The writing was brilliant, and so was the acting.

That is why for season 9 they hired Angela Kang. Season 9 is noticeably better than the last few seasons. Would recommend that you pick up. A very disturbing scene in season 9 ep 15.

Here's a joke for ya.

Emilia Clarke has been nominated for an Emmy for the final season of GOT's. She proclaimed that she will no longer do nude scenes, she's a serious actor...I don't believe Terminator fans agree. Terminator Genisys bombed at the box -office, no one was buying her as Sarah Connor. When I went to see the film, I thought it was a comedy. The few people that were there laughed when she said, "come with me if you want to live".

Yvonne Strahovski has never proclaimed herself a serious actor, it's not her mojo. I have a hunch, when they worked together, Louis CK couldn't resist the opportunity to jerk his chain in front of her. She probably dared him to do it...and probably had a good laugh over it. Publicly shaming the genius comic, is probably something she didn't give any thought to. To play a character the polar opposite of what you are - that's a serious actor. I just wish Serena Joy were less of a reptilian sociopath.

Yvonne isn't fazed by awkwardness.

Julia Garner was mentioned, I haven't seen Ozark. She was phenomenal in The Americans, as Kimberly Breland she broke my heart.

From what I just saw in The Deuce, The Soprano's prequel The Many Saints of Newark is going to be spectacular.

Michael Gandolfini is no longer the pudgy kid of S2, he has his father's swagger and eyebrows. I didn't know that Corey Stoll (Corrado Junior Soprano) is also in this show. He's huge, which fits since John Bernthal (Johnny Boy Soprano) is a giant. A shocker from the shriveled old man that Dominic Chianese played so well.

Tom Hardy says he wants to make another season of Taboo, when that will happen, no one knows.

Jessie Buckley was the breakout star of Taboo, her role in Chernobyl is not a dramatization.

Not a TV show but the new movie by Jessie Buckley "Wild Rose" is very good.

I just watched the first season of Stranger things. I love those kids, great actors, the haircuts. Winona Rider. I don't know if I'll watch the second season as it looks pretty predictable. Are Guys happy with the second and third season?

I will have to look it up JB is a phenom, she made the most extreme transition of any actor in Taboo, and she made it look easy.

We would have had S2 of Taboo by now if Tommy wasn't obligated with developing Venom. Money talks.

Enjoyed many TV Shows over the yrs, but have only one favorite - Married with Children.
Good call Kathleen, great show. The best part is America's Dad (Bill Cosby) hated it and wanted it banned. Ed O'Neil laughs best.

One of the greatest moments in sitcom history. RIP Bubba Smith.

Someone requested a show with lots of nudity, HBO's Jett is your ticket. Carla Cugino, Gaite jansen and Elena Anaya are not shy about flaunting their birthday suits.
