Buttermilk pancakes or french toast with peanut butter (when it's still warm enough to melt it) AND maple syrup. DATY for desert, or an appetizer, or both - or stay on the diet and just DATY...

A Sunday morning breakfast

Bacon and French toasts. The French toasts is cooked in a frying pan and then Monteray Jack cheese is laid on the one side and melted. The other piece of french toasts is laid on top of the cheese to make a sandwich and then smoothered with Maple Syrup.

Psychadelic tie dyed pancakes!!!

Stew wild blueberries and then add them to the pancake mix. For good measure put a few more on top when they are done.
If she's really cute lol I'll make 1/4" thick butcher bacon too. As an aside 8 stripes of bacon at a 1/4" costs about $18.00.

Eggs Benedict with a side of hash browns.

Although, I also agree with hot rod. Maybe even better is a true homemade corned beef hash (none of that canned crap), with two eggs sunnyside up, right on top of it. Oh, and pass the tabasco sauce please.
