All franchises are very very complicated business propositions. You should have a knowledgeable accountant look at the accounting projections and fee structures and a lawyer look at the franchise agreement which typically is very onerous and one sided with lots of hidden fees. Although it might have been true at one time, generally speaking a franchise is not a road to riches but rather in the case of a successful one a comfortable living.
