What a f*xc^*d up company!
Supposed to get and expedited parcel....Wednesday. Didn't arrive. Called, driver filed that he had tried but person wouldn't accept package because didn't have the money. Don't know where the fark he was, but it wasn't here!
Complained...confirmed the address.
Thursday, delivery for sure....called three times during the day to find where the delivery is....no delivery. Driver never shows up but files that no one there to pay the charge......
Called, got a supervisor in the US...complained again...promised that they would do everything that they can to get the package to me Friday. Told them that it had to be here by 10 or it is too late....I am gone!
Now waiting again....any bets those wankers finally get the delivery to the right address after I'm gone and there is no one here to receive it!!!!!!!
I will never, ever use UPS again!!!

Just got a call from UPS...driver will be here at 1:00...even though they have been told that 10 was the drop dead time!!!
Confirmed that the address was correct for the 5th time and even gave them directions. Not looking good. I have no illusions that they will make it here today by 10.
Saints preserves us....how difficult is it for a courier company to find an address in Toronto! What are they doing hiring failed Toronto cabbies?

Shades: you're preaching to the choir here...I hate them so much it actually hurts lol.

Just remember: they only work on a 95 - 99% efficiency rate: if they deliver 1 million packages a day, that's 10,000 - 50,000 a day that don't make it or get lost.

Just remember, if you're ordering from the States expect significant delays. Between the coming Christmas season and the exponential growth of Canadian online purchases south of the border, it's taking a lot longer for packages to arrive from the US. Apparently customs is swamped.

The US and Canada should abolish all Customs and Border Patrol between all US and Canadian citizens. I mean this is ridiculous. I can go to McDonalds in the US and I can go to McDonalds in Canada. I can drive a Ford in the US, I can drive a Ford in Canada. Is this border up to keep all those Americans out due to their slums and "for profit health insurance" criminals? If so, okay, keep it up. :p

based on the seizures at the few borders here, weekly, I dare say only a criminal would want the safeguards abolished.

UPS acts as their own broker, so they clear the package themselves. Customs only does spot inspections.

They charge you a pretty brutal brokerage fee to do so too....

For the eBay shoppers out there, completely avoid UPS for shipping from the states. They recently charged me $30 on a package just to calculate that I didn't owe any taxes.

Anywhere there's a Strip Joint
Yeah BROWN....the color of the toilet paper after wiping your ass from the shit they give you.

I deal with couriers all day at work, and UPS has to be one of the worst, but Purolator and Fedex aren't much better.
