Ole "firehose Mitch" at it again flooding the field with crap from the right wing blogosphere.
However, she is IMHO being an idiot and should take a leave of absence so the case can move forward asap. Her ego is not allowing it and that's now causing further delay.

The appeal has nothing at all to do with the merits. It only serves to delay so that any trial will be after the election. This was an unforced error by Willis and she should step down to permit the case to move forward.
Fani Willis wants to be some kind of celebrity/movie star, so she won't step down. Hopefully Willis will eventually be disbarred for lying in court!!
You should probably stick to your expertise in Constitutional Law. The judge did not find that she lied and specifically found that the plaintiffs failed to produce any evidence of conflict or wrongdoing.
By that I assume you mean a judge who will ignore the law and simply pledge his/her fealty to the stable genius.
When these drongos say "weak" they mean someone who'll follow the law. Astounding.
I imagine he already got one where is love lies but if he’s anything like his hero, they can only fit two initials there
