I had testicular cancer in 1980. The the cure rate was way below the current 98%. When I was in my teens, most guys who contracted it, died. It was true then as now [as one poster noted] that if it metastasizes, it moves in a hockey stick pattern from the groin to the lungs.

It's also true that it has no effect on sexual performance but it does make Italian clothes more comfortable to wear. Too, your lover can take it all in much easier.
