Your extensive experience with our criminal justice system is showing.In Canada , those apprehending the assailant would probably get charged with assault. Then a slew of hippie psychologists would request leniency for the attacker because he didn't understand the error of his ways. He'd be out in a week.

If you commit a crime like this, you should be in forfeit of your human rights. Criminals like that are not even worthy of being called an animal, because animals don't kill for the hell of it or because some voice in their head said to do it.

If the guy going off the wall, most civilzed societies has taken a hard look of why, could it be that many ppl are not "equipted" to cope with this mad rat race, going nut on the inside and appearing normal on the outside...

Ppl ARE born capable of it, yes, talk to the solders... I suspect the vast majority of the solders are NOT enjoying it at all, many even come back to have nightmare about it. It is the conditioning for the homocidal tendency to form and take-over in a man's mind to ENABLE him to do such things. Have you ever think of the amount of blood and violent on TV, movies... for example? It can be another de-sensitizing factor in young ppl, especially the unsteady ones, the "troubled" ones.if people are born gay, it is just as likely people are born capable of murder.
