I know this has to be a repeat posting but to listen to Putin complain about assistance being given to Ukrainians to stop his attack on civilian targets - I get furious.
They are careful to give Ukrainians only defensive equipment - I would tell Putin that if missiles continuer to target Ukrainians - you will give them the capability to take out the same Russian targets.
This idea of no consequences to such horrific acts has to end. If you reward barbarism - it will never stop.

The Ukrainians might not need help to attack targets within Russia. There have been attacks on military bases several hundred kms. inside Russia. It is thought that Ukrainians have developed long range attack drones on their own.
