So after reading every review in this thread, I am planning on seeing her next week when I am in town. I'm an experienced hobbyist in Western Canada and using TERB to do my due diligence.
My only concern is the incall and this potential cougars den. Can anyone please.elaborte on what I can expect?

The Cougars Den iis an agency that Fanny has been working on for quite a while. The incall is a professional and well appointed 2 story space with multiple rooms I have not seen she renovated/built in a clean industrial/warehouse type building. it's stealthy and low key with no hint of what's inside.
I recommend that you reach out to Fanny. She's very open and i am sure would be happy to answer your questions. I have been to her new place and its a very cool place. Worth a visit.

I agree. It's a very low key location, easy to miss if you're not looking out for it. Lots of parking, little traffic, and not in a strip mall or busy setup like that.
Zero parking if you happen to go on a Sunday though. There's some kind of church in that building as well and I had to park well down the road. But I really want to try that little restaurant right beside her door.
Saw Fanny for the 1st time this morning. Had a great session at the Den.. she has a great body (fittest I've been with).. great skills, and great personality. I usually go to independents.. but I'd repeat.
Well following the completion of what has been a rather extensive project out of the country, I found myself flying back filled with wonderful thoughts running through my mind. I new that once I touched down, one of the very first things I was going to do was to reach out to Fabulous Fanny and see if there was an upcoming opportunity for us to reconnect. Thankfully my text was answered in quick fashion and we set up a suitable time for us both. Upon arriving at her private and secluded spa, the door soon opened for me to enter. OMG following the warmest and most sincere hug ever, the door closed behind us and off to the room we went. There had certainly been some wonderful changes made since my last visit and with what she mentioned was only the begging of great things to come. Needless to say but now that I'm back in town for a while, there is definitely going to be quite a number of visits coming up in my very near future and I can hardly wait following this incredible welcome back home visit!!
