We assess a candidate's qualification in the following 4 categories:
1) Academic --- hard skills is the primary qualification for some of our jobs.
2) Soft skills --- interpersonal, communication, charm, etc.
3) Character --- we ask for police reference report, credit report, integrity,
4) Health --- physical, mental and psych tests
We want to know what and who we are getting.
