The flu got me. I have all the symptoms, cough, headache, a little fever etc. Should I keep my workout routine to sweat it out?

I workout @ home, not gym.

water, water and lots of water.

pee pee pee.
Lots of pee, pee, pee.

If you can and 'it feels good', go for it, but I doubt you will. It goes against common sense as you need all your energy to fight the bug, why waste it on secondary systems like skeletal muscles and not feed your antibodies the best you can.

NO. You'll only weaken your body more and it'll take you longer to recover. It isn't a head cold.

REST and stay home.

Indeed, rest your body.

Further, if you're still contagious you don't want to get other people sick. Gyms are breeding grounds for germs, you may have even caught the flu from someone who was working out at the gym with the contagion.

On a side note, "Just For Laughs Gags"is great when on the elliptical or stationary bike since you don't need volume and laughing keeps your mind off the boredom and time.

rest... your body is weak.. the last think you need is to use vital resources to treat your sore muscles from after a workout. Bundle up and use three blankets and go sleep, sweat it out that way.
