Excel + JPEG = catalogue

I don't know if this can be done but I throw the quetsion out to the informed ....I have an excel spreadsheet that serves as our company price list. Each item has a unique number and for each item I have a JPEG with the same name.

Is there anyway to create a catalogue that would combine the JPEG with the description, minimum order and price fields of the item from the Excel?

I also have the same info on our website but in printing the web pages I only get the thumbnails of the JPEGS and they are too small.

Yes you could do that. But Excel isn't really the best way to do something like that. A database program, or changing the way your website works would be the better options.
