Dont rely on leolist, its fake central. There are no escort agencies in ottawa, those who run the industry here have opened up massage places instead and consumers seem to enjoy that type of service. For escorts, all are independents, do a search, theres been a few good threads lately.
as west said there is no agencies the way Mtl and TO have, some asians agencies thought with the fake pics, there is sometime one Quebec base agency that have some providers but since covid doesn't seem to often.
OIC is a collective of independents and everyone has their own rates/booking process, but everyone has to be vouched before joining, so that's a fairly safe bet. For leolist there is a lot of fake out there, so make sure they are either reviews here, they have a legit twitter or Instagram account (or OF also I guess)
Rates generally are less than Toronto with average gfe without greek being between 200/300, some providers are more expensive but its not as common to see 350/400 hr like it is in Toronto

Most of us are active on Twitter and have duo & friends pages to help you find like-minded providers. Rates have adjusted a lot for inflation and other market factors in Ottawa so I would say the entry point for full service is about $300 now (although I’m sure many on TERB can help find the odd gem as they say) Many established providers are now in the 350-500 range and there are a few courting higher.
Many popular providers do get booked quickly and also have a touring schedule so it can be good to plan ahead. If you identify what you’re looking for the community here is pretty helpful in locating your best matches.
