I think Lindros coulda been better than Forsberg. Even Forsberg as good as he is played behind Joe Sakic.

but, yeah- quite a wonderful trade, 'sarcastically speaking' of course... since Philly went to the basement and Colorado won a few Stanley Cups largely because of the players that went Colo's way.

Forsberg was part of like 5 players plus millions of dollars for rights to Lindros... grossly over-compensated...

Sundin was mainly traded for Wendel Clark if I can recall...

Although not popular at the time, I think we can agree that was a great deal for the Leafs.
