What's harper's plan for Quebec. I like it being part of Canada but I'm sick of the Liberals giving so much to them. They're really like your spoiled youngest kid who cries until you give in. Happens every time!

For the record, Harper was born and raised in Toronto prior to going out West as a Reformer.

The only way I see to remove Liberal's from federal power is the following:

1) Assign a female Liberal party leader for the next federal election in 2010

2) Revoke federal status from the "Bloc" party due to representation seat wide outside of Quebec....which would force their supporters to vote for the other parties.
