Face it people

Ephedra is not 100% safe.

It is properly used for Asthma and other lung disorders.

Used improperly it can be harmful and even fatal.

Its benifits to weight loss are far less then lowering food intake and increasing exercise.

And its use for the Amphetimine effect requires dangerous levels.

I’m just curious, how many of the people in this thread that are “against the use of Ephedrine” have actually used it?

In my opinion, if a person hasn’t actually walked the walk then they’re not in a qualified position to actually make an educated statement. Many people here are warning of the risks but I for one, along with many friends, have used it and haven’t had any bad results.

Caution: Results may vary on an individual basis.

So do I and I overcame the problems associated with working out by using it as well as increased my strength and endurance.

It wasn’t prescribed to me by a doctor but Singular was, doesn’t work half as good for the lungs. My metabolism also increased greatly allowing me to lose weigh faster and service Goobers mom better.

I have walked that walked and used it to enhance my study progress through university....this led me to use it during my work in the office.

At one point I was using so much there were times that I could not feel my left arm.

I am a total advocate against this drug in that it is useful if it is used at a broncial stimulator, for asthma and allergies...as prescribed by a doctor and in over the counter allergy medications.

I know what I am talking about...I don't post anything that I have not experienced first hand.

This shit is dangerous...do yourself a favour and get up off your ass and exercise and build up your metobolic rate and stamina in other ways besides coffee, tobacco and EPHEDRINE (aka: speed)

Once again...nuff said

So many of you people that have spoken so passionately against the use of this.

I’m a non-smoker; do you people feel this passionate about cigarettes that you would speak out this much about the dangers of smoking?

Good answer Real Deal...Unlike Tobacco Ephedra has helped many people feel better about themselves.

This thread isn't about smoking, it's about Ephedra. If it was a thread about the dangers of smoking, I'm sure people would be arguing the dangers of tobacco just as passionately. On to the subject at hand:
This same conversation went on years ago about a popular "supplement" People were going crazy trying to get it, scoffing the government for banning something that was "helpful if used properly." The supplement was GHB. I just don't feel it's safe to be taking these supplements when sufficient medical studies haven't been done to prove whether or not they are actually safe. No, I've never taken Ephedra, but I don't have to smoke crack to know that it's not good for me.

Perhaps I should also tell you that I now have long term TMJ problems that lead to extreme neck pain and constant chiropractic work.

What is TMJ?

I’ve got chronic sperm pressure but I doubt they’re the same.
