Embeded Music In Emails

I use MS Mail.

How do you stripe out and save on your hard drive music inbeded in incoming emails? And, on the other side, how do you embed music in an outgoing email?

Help would be most appreciated.

For Linux I use Sound Recorder which does the same as MP3myMP3 Recorder only is easier to use.

Have no idea how to embed music into an outgoing email.
