Musk would like to turn X into an “everything app “ like in China. This means having all your financial information and transactions being processed through X, including banking, investments, and electronic payments.

Surely many Musk and Trump fans will enroll, but could this become mainstream. Do you plan to switch over to X for your financial needs?

The idea is to FORCE it to become mainstream.

He already has some government agencies announcing they will only make public statements via X.
Now that he controls the treasury and US payments, if he can force all transactions with the US government to be done only via X, people won't have a choice.

We've seen Elon do "exposes" before, and it is mostly bullshit.
There isn't much reason to think anything he releases will hold up to much scrutiny.

The one thing we know he isn't doing is working against corruption.
