Lately its getting more difficult for me to get it up. I have never taken Viagra and am curious about a few things.

1. Do you take right before sex and do you get an erection immediately?
2. Do doctors generally prescribe it if you take other meds for cholesterol and blood pressure? I take the minimum amount prescribed for bp.
3. My partner suggested a cock ring but it looks so uncomfortable. I'd really like to hear from guys who have used one.

For the first few usage, it starts working after about 30 minutes. After the first few tries, I would recommend taking it an hour to ninety minutes before sex. Between Viagara, Cialis and Levitra, I prefer Cialis over the other two for the natural "hardness" it gives you. However, if you are looking for the super hard, energizer boner you had when you were 16, go with Viagara. I find Levitra to be the worst out of the three. I take Lipitor (80mg) too and I didn't find any problem mixing the drugs. I get the side effects like mild headache (top head) and stuffy nose but nothing major. Again, Levitra gives me the worst side effects overall. I recommend switching between the three so your body won't get used to any one of the enhancers.

I haven't tried any ed meds yet, but I have suffered from ED in the past. Because ED is an early warning sign of heart disease, I start to workout and drink herbal teas to get the blood flowing again. Then of course if I stop working out long enough the ED comes back in a month or two.

And if you still get hard on in the morning then the best option may be to find a more attractive woman.

Ain't nothing wrong with cock rings. You need one that's tight, but it helps. Start with a silicone one rather than a leather one with clips or a metal one, then try those later if you like.

As Italianguy74 mentioned too, exercise definitely helps in my case, also reducing nicotine consumption. I have taken Cialis before but as long as I take care of those two, I can mostly avoid it.

Where the hell did you hear that from. That has got to be bullshit.
Exercise will release nitric oxide that is vital for the arteries to keep their elasticity and prevents the build up of arterial plaque. It will also boost testosterone and libido to keep those healthy morning boners. Because men lose testosterone with age it is detrimental to your health if you dont have a regular workout routine. A combination of cardio and weight lifting for at least 20 minutes a day is the most common recommendation. The weight should be as heavy as you can manage without risking injury. Also just as important to take days off so your body has time to heal and recover any deficiency.
