Got on the topic of wrestling and started to explain to somebody about how it's not blood packs but real cuts created by razor blades.

It's not a sport but what these guys do take a lot of physical ability, trust in their partner and guts.

This led to a discussion of older wrestlers that they remembered and Dynamite Kid came up. It's really too bad that he rode is body into the ground and put himself in a wheelchair.

Here's a highlight vid......

1) when watching it think Chris Benoit and you'll see incredible similarities (mind you CB idolized this guy and admits he emulated him)

2) then notice the mix of styles high flying, technical and acrobatic/luchador moves

3) then consider that this was in the 80s.... man he was ahead of his time when you consider the bulk of the wwe wreslters were steroid hulks with only a handful of moves

As one of the youtube comments said "ahead of his time"

Anyways, just thought it'd be fun to show this clip.

Hey great clip. British Bulldogs were an awesome tag team. Wasn't one of the Bulldogs married to Brett Hart's sister? Either Davey Boy Smith or Dynamite Kid.

I didn't see any sign of Matilda in the clips. I still remember when she was kidnapped (or dognapped..lol). They went on about that for weeks. I used to love the old time wrestling up to maybe the late 1980's. Now I won't even watch it for a second. Not the same anymore.

Watcha Gonna Do ......... when the largest arms in the world, run wild on Youuuuu !!!!!!

Maybe I'm confused, but it looked more like Davey Boy (before he bulked up and grew his hair) in those clips.

Along with Hart Foundation and Demolition they were the best. There is no such thing as great tag teams or great wrestling anymore for that matter.
