That's Kellie Pickler. Not the sharpest tool in the shed but I love her nonetheless. She's a country musician.
Well, at least we know she won't be getting by on her geographical skills!

She rode that dumb blonde act all the way to stardom. Lately she's shown she's as shrewd as they come by writing hit songs and co-hosting shows like Anderson where her input is meaningful and not dumb at all.
