The definition contained in Article II of the Convention describes genocide as a crime committed with the intent to destroy a national, ethnic, racial or religious group, in whole or in part."

The # of Gazans claimed to have been killed is 44k, even on the highly doubtful figures put forward by Hamas. That's after 14 months of fighting and includes Hamas militia combat casualties.

If you think 2.2% casualties after 14 months of fighting and including combat casualties is "genocide", you're even dumber than I thought.
