I'm not really sure what happened that led to all the argument but based on the assumption that there was some sort of verbal argument, regardless of who started it, she was the one that escalated it to physical violence by throwing the drink on him. So I have little sympathy for her and I'll bet it is the last drink she ever throws. His response seemed somewhat excessive though. although to his credit he didn't wind up and belt her which he easily could have.

Why is it ok on foreign soil? Some things are just wrong no matter where it happens, even if it is legal there. I'm sure you don't go "I think it is wrong to stone a woman to death for adultery in North America, but in Saudi Arabia that's allowed so I'm ok with that"

I've had something very similiar happen to be me about 15 years ago.There are much better ways to deal with it.
1.Drunk girls will mouth off to anyone.I had a butch friend who used to love slapping drunk, mouthy"divas" around.
2.These ladies usually have a fair amount of "Knights in shining armour" willing to stand up for them.Find the one she cares about and walk him into a ass kicking.

The question was not "Did she deserve to be on the receiving end of some form of retaliation?" The question is "DID THE GIRL IN THIS INSTANCE DESERVE WHAT SHE GOT?" Did she deserve to get a full-on leg kick after the series of events we saw and heard in that video?

I understand what ya'll are saying, but by answering "Yes" to the question posed, everyone is saying that the girl deserved to be on the receiving end of that roundhouse kick to the leg. If so, in my opinion each person who answered "Yes" has some serious issues.
