Staying downtown for a work trip, looking for a spa in walking distance of the Marriott or Westin downtown. Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated!

I am going to be visit from SK and am curious how these lounges work.
Do you pay for the club membership, then the room, and then work out a donation with the girl?
What is a standard all in cost for an hr?

You pay the private club membership fee, which in some cases will give you a discount on your first session. The session fee includes the room and basic services, which is usually shower for 2, massage on you and rub and tug. In the pre-pandemic days the fee would cover more than that, but now it's all upcharges ($50 for kissing, etc.).

If "all-in" for you includes activities normally associated with service providers, you should reach out directly to the MA in advance (most are on Twitter/X). You can't discuss that in reference to specific MAs on this site, in general it depends on the MA and on the size of your wallet - be prepared to pay.
